Back in the days, at the mention of AI, I automatically thought of Robotic elements moving around and pulling down buildings, smashing stuff, and being uncontrollable.

Well, right now, AI is interrupting our daily lives but not destructively as presumed. Undoubtedly, it is becoming a big part of our daily lives, and as its definition implies, AI is performing tasks that require human abilities or capabilities.

One would have thought that Cognitive tasks cannot be interpreted with AI. The emergence of Google Assistant — Siri, Cortana, etc., is proof that AI evolution is just beginning, and there’s no limit to what AI can do.

“Google Assistant can help you organize your meetings, and Alexa can make your shopping easier. Yet, if you apply these same pieces of technology to other purposes, you can achieve different results,” says Adrian Soto, Director of Future Technologies at SweetRush SPARK.

Workplaces are quickly adopting this concept to enhance the productivity of their staff/employees, and it is only a matter of time before this technology becomes widespread. Artificial Intelligence is revamping many business operations and even the way people interact with one another, especially customer service.

Everyone wants ease, convenience, and an excellent job done. People will comfortably speak with a robot when the convenience and productivity value is not missing.

The favorable part is that as much as these machines are replacing traditional methods, most of them can’t complete tasks on their own as they still need the assistance of humans to be effective, which brings about blending artificial with true-to-life human intelligence.
